Returns/ Exchanges
Our Online Store gladly accepts returns/ exchanges within 15 days of delivery date minus 15% restocking fee. There is no restocking fee on exchanges.
Make sure the items are in the same condition you received them in, unworn, unwashed, with all tags still attached. Underwear and swimwear is final sale. Include a note with your name or order number and if exchanging for a different size include the size you are requesting in your return package.
Refunds will be issued only for properly returned items. If your return does not meet the conditions listed, we will not be able to issue the refund and the package will be sent back to you at your expense.
You may send the return using courier of your choice. For your security we suggest you use a trackable and insured shipping service, as we are not responsible for the delivery of the return packages.

Lifetime Warranty:
We offer lifetime warranty on all stainless steel accessories. This guarantees that there will be no tarnish on the metal. Wear and tear of the product is not covered under the lifetime warranty.

Dispatch times may vary according to availability and any guarantees or representations are made as to delivery times are limited to the USA and subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure for which we will not be responsible. Please allow 7-14 business days for international orders noting that this time frame is subject to change due to how quickly your package is cleared with your country's customs.
When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgment e-mail confirming receipt of your order: this email will only be an acknowledgement and will not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract between us will not be formed until we send you confirmation by email that the goods which you ordered have been dispatched to you. Only those goods listed in the confirmation email sent at the time of dispatch will be included in the contract formed.
Whilst we try and ensure that all detail, descriptions and prices which appear on this Website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive the full refund.
